Plans and Specifications will be available for distribution beginning March 11, 2026. PREQUALIFICATION OF BIDDERS BIDDER may be asked to submit evidence of BIDDER’S qualifications to do this type of work in the state of Wisconsin prior to the award of the contract. Bids will not be accepted from any BIDDER listed on the State of Wisconsin Disapproved, Suspended, and Debarred Contractors list or the Federal Excluded Parties List. PROPOSAL AND CONTRACT AGREEMENTS No bid shall be considered unless accompanied by the Proposal Agreement fully executed by the bidder. The bidder that is awarded the contract agrees to execute the contract agreement within five (5) days after the Notice of Award, begin work no later than five (5) days after written Notice to Proceed, and complete all work included under the terms of the contract in the allotted time.
