Description

Demolition of an existing residential home, detached garage, two sheds, along with the removal of an asphalt driveway. A domestic water well will need to be capped, and a sanitary service line will need to be abandoned at the main. The site will require temporary restoration of an existing stream crossing/access point damaged by previous flooding. All disturbed areas are to be graded to match the surrounding topography and permanently stabilized. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply.
