Description

2026 small works roster. Roster categories 1) General contracting; 2) mechanical; 3) electrical; 4) hazardous materials; 5) painting; 6) landscaping; 7) flooring; 8) plumbing; and 9) tile and masonry. Prequalification is required. Emailed forms will be accepted. Primary project site is the owner's office but could include additional sites in the county. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply.
