Ada County Morris Hill Warehouse Remodel 2026

Work includes remodel of the warehouse facility. The project is to remove the various divided rooms within the existing warehouse to provide an open space for more compact and efficient warehouse racking. The existing facility includes a commercial freezer/cooler and associated infrastructure. The freezer/cooler, refrigeration equipment, condenser units, wall panels, floor panels and any other equipment associated with the freezer /cooler are to be deconstructed, salvaged, and palletized for re-use by the county. Removal shall be done by a qualified contractor experienced in the installation and deconstruction of commercial freezer/cooler systems.
