2026 Sewer/Streets Improvements Project

Work consist of utility, pedestrian and roadway improvements in the downtown area. Work includes, but is not limited to, traffic control, construction surveying, stormwater management/permitting, dewatering management/permitting, the installation of ±1,580’ of sanitary sewer line and associated manholes and sewer services, ±40’ of storm drain line and 2 inlets, road grading and reconstruction, asphalt milling and overlay, installation of concrete curbing, sidewalk, curb ramps, pedestrian bulbouts, driveway pans and sidewalks, and street striping/thermoplastic installation. See attached file. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply. All questions from prospective Offerors regarding the Project and requiring a response prior to opening of bidding must be submitted to the Purchasing Agent at the City in writing prior to 2:00 PM on March 23rd, 2026.
