SCOPE OF WORK (PURCHASE + DELIVERY)The successful bidder shall:1. Furnish eleven (11) new 30 -yard open -top roll -off containers  meeting the minimumspecifications herein.2. Deliver  the containers to County -designated locations (up to eleven (11) separate siteswithin Williamsburg County).3. Provide signed delivery documentation  for each delivery.4. Provide warranty documentation  and applicable product/spec literature.6. MINIMUM CONTAINER SPECIFICATIONS (BID REQUIREMENT)Containers shall meet or exceed the following minimum requirements (or approved equal):General• Quantity: 11• Size: 30-yard capacity• Type: Open -top roll -off container suitable for municipal solid waste operations• Compatibility: Roll -off handling compatible with County equipment• Doors: Barn doors with secure latch system• Drainage: Drain holes• Finish: Suitable coating/finish for outdoor municipal use• Color: Green (preferred)   or closest standard manufacturer equivalentHeavy -Duty Construction (Minimum)• Floor: 1/4-inch steel• Sides/Walls: 1/4-inch steel• Heavy -duty substructure/cross members comparable to municipal solid waste use (e.g.,channel cross members on approximately 16-inch centers  or equivalent)• Reinforced hinges/rollers and hook/lift interface suitable for repeated municipal useApproved Equal:  If proposing an equal, bidder shall submit manufacturer cut sheets/spec sheetsdemonstrating compliance with the minimum requirements.7. DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS / LEAD TIME• Delivery locations will be provided by the County after award.• Bid price shall include all delivery -related costs (transport, fuel, permitting as applicable,handling, etc.).• Bidder shall state lead time in calendar days  from Notice of Award and/or PurchaseOrder issuance  to final delivery.8.
