Pest control services for the residential units, administrative areas, basements, and other occupancy. This solicitation has some or all State funding, additional requirements may apply. Questions concerning the IFB shall be submitted in writing to jhealy@shamass.org no later than April 2, 2026 on or before 4:00 PM. Extermination is targeted, but not limited to the Duggan Park (200-2), John L. Sullivan (MA 35-3), (MA 35-2), (MA 35-24), John Robinson Gardens (200-3), Marble Street Apartments (MA 35-11), Pine Renee Apartments (MA35-9), Johnny Appleseed Apartments (MA35-16), Kathryn Jones Apartments (MA35-12), Ashley Apartments (MA 35-22), Clarendon Apartments (MA 35-22), Harry Hogan Apartments (667-2), Reed Village Apartments (200-1), Joseph Gentile Apartments (667-5), Morgan Manor Apartments(MA 35-15), Riverview Apartments (MA 35-1) and at the Moxon Apartments (MA 35-8).
