Appalachian State University is seeking bath vent maintenance for ongoing facilities upkeep

Description

Provide bath vent maintenance, remove vent grill cover and clean, unplug motor and remove screws that mount fan from box and remove fan assembly, break down fan assemblies and clean, clean fan box and flapper, clean into duct work as far as possible (vacuum, air jet with negative air), reassemble fan unit. This contract shall be binding on both parties for a three (3) year period, for seven (7) additional one (1) year terms. Q&A Deadline March 24, 2026 by 5:00 PM. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply.
