Description

To replace the existing hardware that is in the atr units, the company we currently have, diamond data service, is getting out of the traffic counting business and will no longer be able to provide us service for our atr stations. The modems are needed to poll the atr stations to collect traffic data on a daily basis through cellular service. This solicitation has some or all Federal funding, additional requirements may apply.
