2026 CDBG Street Improvements Program

Work includes planing of the existing asphalt concrete pavement, full depth pavement repairs as needed, resurfacing with asphalt concrete, erosion control, pavement restriping in-kind, installation of colorized and broom-finished concrete crosswalk, adjustments of manholes, catchbasins, monument boxes and valve boxes to grade, repair of catchbasins and manholes, and other appurtenances. Curbs, driveway aprons, and curb underdrains full-depth concrete removal and replacement, commercial driveway replacement, removal of existing brick treelawn and replacement with colorized stamped concrete, installation of new tree pits with CU structural soil, portions of concrete sidewalk replacement, installation of colorized and broom-finished crosswalk, erosion control, pavement restriping in-kind, adjustments of manholes, catch basins, monument boxes and valve boxes to grade, tuck point repair of catch basins and manholes, and other appurtenances This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply.
