CITY OF SNOHOMISHREQUEST FOR QUALIFICATONSON-CALL GEOTECHNICAL, ENVIRONMENTAL, AND TRANSPORTATIONPROFESSIONAL SERVICESThe City of Snohomish (City) is requesting Statement of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified consultant firms to provide on-call Geotechnical, Environmental, and Transportation services in support of City projects, including public roads, facilities, parks, trails, water, sewer, and storm projects.
