Architecture and Engineering - General Task Order Services (Request for Qualifications)

DESIGN/BUILD Provide task order based architectural and engineering services for one (1) year, with an option to renew for four (4) additional years, in one (1) year increments. Work includes Design and Construction of new structures or additions onto current structures at 416 Kenmore Boulevard and the RKP Transit Center. Updates to METRO's Romig Road Transit Center. Design and Construction of Super Stops. Design and Construction of a Transit Oriented Development (TOD) project. Design and Construction of ADA-accessible concrete pads for transit amenities including bus shelters. Office space remodeling. Sustainability Upgrades for existing facilities. HVAC and various mechanical system upgrades. Planning and Execution of Bus Rapid Transit Related Tasks. This solicitation has some or all State funding, additional requirements may apply.
