Description

Provide trash removal services. See attached files. All questions must be submitted to me no less than 7 days before bidding ends. This is a request to establish a Contractual Agreement for Trash Removal Services. Contract commencing 05/01/2026 or from date of last State signature, whichever is later and ending 04/30/2030 or four years after the State's last signature, whichever is later. By mutual consent of both parties, contract may be renewed. The term of the contract, including any renewals, may not exceed four (4) years. MBE GOal 8%; WBE Goal 11%. This solicitation has some or all State funding, additional requirements may apply.

This Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued by Kansas City Board of Public Utilities ('Purchaser') for a Workforce Management Software solution. The scope includes absence management, scheduling, time & labor, and related automations to improve productivity, redual review, and support effective allocation of resources.
