26-14 Fire Pump Replacement

Massachusetts Bay Community College, through the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, is soliciting proposals (RFP #BD-26-1064-1064-02481-126554) for the **26-14 Fire Pump Replacement** project. The main purpose of this RFP is to secure a qualified contractor to replace the existing fire pump system at the college. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, providing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the removal of the existing fire pump and installation of a new system. Key requirements include adherence to prevailing wage rates, as specified in Attachment A, and compliance with detailed specifications and drawings provided in Attachments B and C, respectively. Bidders must also adhere to the Commonwealth's Standard Contract and Terms & Conditions (2019 versions). Vendors must complete and submit a Vendor W9 form and an EFT form with their proposal.
