Accepting sealed lump sum bids for a residential bathroom renovation - cut open wall and add framing for a 24"x36" window; supply and install a 24"x36" thermo-tech single hung window with tempered glass. Frame to be sandlewood in color. Install so that the top of window and trim match the height of the kitchen window. Include proper flashing during install. Provide and install wood trim around the perimeter painted green to match the other windows. Demo existing tub/shower and shower trim kit. Supply and install flexstone royale alcove shower surround kit for openings up to 60" w x 32" d x 80" h. ; etc, see attached file. A mandatory Pre-Bid site visit was held on Wednesday, March 11, 2026 at 1 pm.
