OPWDD is soliciting bids from responsible and qualified contractors to provideHeating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) and Water Heater Inspections, Start Up, and/or Maintenance and Repair/Replacement Servicefor a five year term. References and applicable insurances are required. Inspections, start-up, and winterization services are not covered by Article 8 of the New York State Labor Law.Prevailing Wagewillapply to all repairs, replacements, and modifications provided under the contract.  The PRC number for this Contract is PRC#2026001767. OPWDD intends to award the contract to the most responsible and responsive bidder that provides thelowest Total Annual Estimated Combined Cost per Clusterfor OPWDD.
