Installing conduit for underground electrical and fiber optic conduit in preparation of upgrading\r and undergrounding the electrical and communications infrastructure. Project to include\r trenching, conduit installation, junction boxes installation, vault installation, traffic control, and\r surface repair. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply.
