The Town of Lincoln will be soliciting bids for a surface reconstruction project at courts 3 & 4 of the Lincoln Clay Tennis Courts located on Ballfield Road, Lincoln, MA under MGL 30, 39M. This will be a prevailing wage project. The reconstruction project consists of surface and base layer removal and replacement, drain removal, re-pitching, and laser grading of courts 3 & 4
