Garden Maintenance RFP

The City of Gardiner Is requesting Proposals for Garden Maintenance The City of Gardner is requesting proposals for garden maintenance at the following locations: The price should include spring clean-up and fall clean-up; and should include removal of any dead plants, removal of old bark mulch, and placement of 3 to 4 inches of new bark mulch. The bid should also include by-weekly weeding and trimming plants to keep things looking nice throughout the summer. Fall clean-up will be a final clean-up and cutting down of any plants that need to be cut down before winter. The initial spring clean-up should be done prior to Memorial Day weekend and the fall clean-up shall be done after Columbus Day weekend. All contractors must be insured.
