Accepting sealed lump sum bids for a residential bathroom/ shower/ renovation. Demo the existing tub/shower and shower trim kit. Demo and remove all sheetrock on ceiling and walls. Remove floor tile and install new underlayment backer board to accept new vlt. Include dumpster, hauling and disposal fees. Include all new wall and ceiling sheetrock. Provide new classic white subway tile and installation on entire exposed sheetrock wet wall adjacent toilet and sink. Provide and install all new wood base on bathroom flooring; etc, see attached file.
