Description

Removal and replacement of the roofs at the administration and academic building involving, but not necessarily limited to: a. Removal of the existing built-up roofing, metal roofing, skylight, roof drains, scuppers and overflow drains, sheet metal flashings, and associated roof accessories. Installation of standing seam metal roofing and underlayment. Installation of TPO roofing. This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply. DVBE goal 3%.
