This room can be accessed by entering the main entrance of the Government Center located at 230 Government Center Drive, Wilmington, NC, 28403.New Hanover County is proposing to construct 5 additional clay tennis courts at Echo Farms Park located at 4112 Echo Farms Boulevard in the City of Wilmington, NC. These courts will be similar in dimensions to the existing courts. In addition, this project will consist of the removal and replacement of an existing 8’ wide asphalt multi-use path, an extension of a cart path connection to the adjacent parcel and the construction of a proposed wet detention pond, in accordance with the Construction Documents.Bids will be received for a Single Prime Contract. Bidders must be properly licensed under Chapter 87 of the North Carolina General Statues.All prime bidders on this project must be pre-qualified in accordance with New Hanover County’s Pre-qualification Ordinance.
