The PCA Workforce Council, on behalf of EOHHS, is issuing a RFR to solicit proposals from qualified vendors to provide Pooled Plan Provider services for the purpose of managing a Pooled Employer Plan on behalf of consumer-employers in the MassHealth PCA program
