Description

This project remediates soils contaminated with arsenic and lead by operations at the former Tacoma Asarco Smelter at twenty two (22) single family residential properties located in Tacoma, Pierce County, Washington. In general, the work at each property includes: implementing temporary construction controls for safety and environmental protections; excavating arsenic and lead contaminated soils; transporting and disposing of excavated contaminated soil in a Subtitle D landfill; importing clean fill materials; installing a geotextile fabric barrier; placing, grading and compaction of fill; restoring the properties to preconstruction conditions; and restoration of site features including landscape and lawn restoration and landscape maintenance, all in accordance with the requirements of the Project Manual.For full Solicitation details, visitWEBSand review IFB 2608 TCP
