Description

The work includes but is not limited to the addition of a gymnasium, weight room, locker rooms, toilet rooms, board room, offices and all associated site work, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection work. New parking lots and playground, replacement emergency generator and water cooling towers and all associated site work, mechanical and electrical work. The work taking place at the administration center includes, but is not limited to, building demolition and all associated site work. Work locations Wilbur Wright Middle School 8650 Columbia Avenue Munster, IN 46321, School Town of Munster Administration Center 8616 Columbia Avenue Munster, IN 46321. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply.
