Description

Project consists of water tower improvements for commercial blasting and recoating of tower exterior, including addition of city name and logo per alternates A and B, conducting lead abatement and associated required containment, replacing existing ladder and adding of cable climb and security cage, modifying discharge pipe, installing new vent, sealing holes, repairing riser grout, modifying mounting brackets, installing lock on wet hatch, utility coordination, and miscellaneous associated work including cleanup. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply. This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement.
