ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS 00 11 13 Page 1 of 1 DOCUMENT 00 11 13 ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS FOR 2026 SA9 SYSTEM EXPANSION PROJECT Sealed Bids for the construction of the 2026 SA9 System Expansion Project will be received by Tremonton City, at the City Office, 102 South Tremont Street, Tremonton, UT, until 11:00am local time on March 18, 2026, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The project consists of constructing portions of the Tremonton City pressurized secondary water system. The work will include the installation of approximately 4,400 feet of PVC water pipe and 50 residential laterals and is generally located at 570—775 East & Main St—300 North. The project has an Engineer’s Estimate of $412,000. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis, as indicated in the Bid Form. All documents listed in paragraph 7.01 of the Bid Form must be submitted. No pre-bid conference will be held. The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: Jones & Associates Consulting Engineers, 6080 Fashion Point Drive, South Ogden, Utah, (801) 476-9767. Questions related to the Bidding Documents are to be submitted in writing to Steven Brady, steven@jonescivil.com no later than 11:00am, on March 18, 2026. Bidding Documents may be viewed and purchased online at www.jonescivil.com. Following registration and payment of $20.00, complete sets of Bidding Documents may be downloaded from the Issuing Office’s website as portable document format (PDF) files. Upon request, a printed copy of the Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Issuing Office for $40 per copy. Costs related to obtaining the Bidding Documents is non-refundable. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bidders shall submit proof of qualifications to perform the Work as described in the Instructions to Bidders.
