The scope of work includes: a. Work for this project will occur during summer break. b. Roof Area 01.01: Remove existing roof assembly down to the concrete deck. Install a new lightweight insulating concrete system and a fully adhered fleeceback PVC membrane. c. Roof Area 01.02: Remove existing roof assembly down to the concrete deck. Install a new lightweight insulating concrete system and a fully adhered fleeceback PVC membrane. d. Screen Wall: Remove and dispose of existing screen wall panels. Clean, wire brush and paint existing steel screen wall structure.
