2026002 - Bridges Library System Mobile App - (RFP)

Design, create and maintain a mobile application that will provide library information and services as well as access to CAFE for Bridges library members. The project shall commence upon Contract execution, anticipated to occur on or about July 1, 2026. Implementation is expected to be completed and ready for go-live by January 1, 2027. The services described in this proposal shall be provided for an initial term of three (3) years, beginning upon completion of implementation and commencement of operational services. Upon expiration of the initial term, services may continue on an annual basis so long as services are renewed for the applicable year. Each renewal shall be for a one (1) year term, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by both parties. See attached file.
