This project includes the construction of a new 2,105 SF office addition. 1,246 SF existing office remodel, utilities, mechanical, electrical, plumbing systems, and other work.New 200A electrical service and generator-ready infrastructure, New siding, roofing, windows, and doors, Interior finishes, casework, flooring, and wall protection, Site work, excavation, compaction, and utility tie‑ins. Deadline for questions March 23, 2026 11:00 AM. Questions regarding the bid documents should be submitted through the question portion of the website and all responses to the questions will be on the website. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply. This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement. Addendum #1 attached.
