Minnesota Office of State Procurement is seeking a contractor for leadership conferences in 2026 and 2027 for attendees.

Description

The purpose of the solicitation is to receive responses and award a contract with a contractor for the 2026 and 2027 Leadership Conference. The 2026 Conference is scheduled for November 4th - 5th, 2026, and the 2027 Conference is scheduled for November 3rd- 4th, 2027. Anticipates approx. 170 attendees at the Conference. The number of attendees is an estimate only. The State does not guarantee a minimum number of lodging rooms, attendees, or meals. See attached file. This solicitation has some or all State funding, additional requirements may apply. The deadline for submitting questions is March 26, 2026, at 3:00 PM Central Time. Questions must be submitted in writing to Kaleigh Stevens at Kaleigh.Stevens@state.mn.us.
