The City University of New York (“CUNY”) intends to make available to its campuses a contract awarded by Educational & Institutional (E&I) Cooperative Services with B&H Photo for the provision of photographic, video, audio, lighting, professional accessories, entertainment, projection, surveillance devices, security equipment, multimedia, optics, and audiovisual presentation technology.Pursuant to New York State Finance Law §163(3), CUNY is authorized to procure commodities through a cooperative purchasing consortium in lieu of conducting a separate competitive procurement when such use is determined to be in the best interest of the University and justified by price.This notice is published for informational purposes only.
