Route relocation - channel excavation; aggregate base material, asphalt concrete, saw-cut asphalt concrete full depth, erosion control, high visibility fence, pavement marking, signs. SWAM Goal 7%. This solicitation has some or all Federal funding, additional requirements may apply.
