Republic City is seeking paving and overlay services for street improvements.

Description

Provide 2026 paving and overlays. The project will generally consist of 2" asphalt pavement overlay on various city streets along with 2" milling. Related work includes transitional milling at driveways, intersections, and ends of pavement improvements, pavement striping, and third-party asphalt testing for quality assurance purposes. The unit costs shall be specified per the following asphalt in tons; milling in square yards ("SY"); pavement striping in linear feet ("LF"), mobilization and traffic control in lump sum ("LS"). Asphalt pavement shall conform to MoDOT standard specifications, latest edition. See outside link. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply. A voluntary pre-bid meeting was held at the BUILDS Large Conference Room on Thursday, February 26, 2026, at 2:00 PM. Addendum #1-2 issued.
