Manchester Township is seeking street maintenance and materials for 2026 road repairs and upgrades.

Description

MS-944:Contract No. 1 – Mill and remove approximately 9,130 SY bituminous material; Provide and place 8,968 SY. of paving fabric; Place approx. 1,432 tons of various bituminous concrete material throughout the Township. Construct 12 ADA curb ramps and 185 LF of rolled concrete curb. MS-963 Contract No. 2 – Provide approx. 3,400 tons of various sizes of crushed aggregate; Contract No. 3 – Provide approx. 2,245 tons of various bituminous Superpave materials. MS-970: Contract No. 4 – Provide approximately 32 hours of various sizes equipment rental. This solicitation has some or all State funding, additional requirements may apply. This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement.

The scope includes absence management, scheduling, time & labor, and related automations to improve productivity, redual review, and support effective allocation of resources. Modules should support configurable rules, role-based permissions, and audit-ready reporting.
