Legal Notice The Des Plaines Park District is accepting sealed bids for the Custodial Cleaning Service at Prairie Lake Community Center.  The Park District seeks qualified bidders for a One Year Contract. Bid Specifications are available on our website or for pick up at the Administrative and Leisure Center; 2222 Birch St., Des Plaines, IL 60018 beginning Tuesday, March 17, 2026. A Pre-bid meeting will be held at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, March 24, 2026, at Prairie Lakes Community Center (515 E. Thacker St. Des Plaines, IL 60016). This meeting will serve as an opportunity to visit the site and ask any questions concerning cleaning procedures and specific items related to the project. Sealed Bids are due and will be opened on Tuesday, April 7, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. at the Administrative Leisure Center, 2222 Birch St. Des Plaines, Il.  Please call Tyler Fuchs, Assistant Superintendent of Recreation at 847-391-5714.
