Portable changeable message sign (ls); 66 ton minor hot mix asphalt; 140 LF place hot mix asphalt dike (type e); 9 SY place hot mix asphalt (miscellaneous area). This solicitation has some or all State funding, additional requirements may apply. This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement. 3% DVBE Requirement * Small Business Preference applies. 5% SBE Requirement
