Description

Vendor must provide/perform Janitorial services - Five Days a Week (after normal work hours, 5 pm to 10 pm, Monday, thru Friday) including 1 Day Porter working Monday-Friday 10 am to 2 pm. The contract will have a term beginning the later of 05/01/2026 or upon execution to 04/30/2031. This solicitation has some or all Federal and State funding, additional requirements may apply. This procurement is for Small Business Set Aside Program vendors only. This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement.
