A webinar is scheduled for Tuesday, March 17, 2026, at 12 noon Eastern. Registration instructions and other details are available here. A pre-application is required and must be submitted (in PAMS) by April 9, 2026, at 5 pm Eastern. Applications are due (in Grants.gov) by May 21, 2026, at 11:59 pm Eastern.
