Architectural Review Board Hearing – Re: 2 Wyandotte Lane – March 26, 2026 at 7:00 pm

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLEASE TAKE NOTICEthat the Architectural Review Board of the Village of Bellport will hold a public hearing on March 26, 2026 at 7:00 pm at the Bellport Community Center located at 4 Bell St., Bellport, New York to consider the following application: Ryan Mayward, 2 Wyandotte Lane, Bellport, is seeking construct a front roof-over portico; construct a first-floor single-story addition in the rear of the dwelling; construct a second-floor addition with balcony; construct a rear wood deck and renovate the exterior of an existing single-family dwelling.  The renovations include adding three dormers in the front of the dwelling; raising the roofline; the addition of a chimney; new siding, new roofing, new trim, new garage doors and new windows.  The siding will be light gray cedar shingles; the roof will be asphalt shingles, weathered wood; the trim will be off-white Azek and the windows will be a combination of double hung, casement & awning. The single-family dwelling is located in the “AA” Residence District. The Suffolk County Tax Map Number is 0202-9-2-19. All persons with an interest may attend and will be heard.  The Community Center is handicapped accessible.
