630 SY Milling, 1.5" average depth; 5 ton Superpave Asphalt Mixture Design Leveling Course, PG 64S-22, 0-0.3 million ESALs, SRL-M, 9.5mm, Depth varies; 1,256 SY Geotextile Paving Fabric (MPV500 or equal); 154 ton Superpave Asphalt Mixture Design Wearing Course, PG 64S-22, 0-0.3 million ESALs, SRL-M, 9.5mm, 1.5" depth; 36 LF Cement Concrete Curb (Curb Ramps); 175 SF Concrete Sidewalk (Curb Ramps); 20 SF Detectable Warning Surface (Curb Ramps); 2 ea Surface Applied Detectable Warning Surfaces; 12 LF Waterborne Pavement Markings (24" Wide).
