Audubon Fire Station

16,000 SF pre-engineered metal building that will be sub-divided into a meeting room, kitchen, laundry room, mechanical room, tool room, offices, restrooms, locker rooms, storage mezzanine, and an apparatus bay. The building will utilize interior wood framing to sub-divide the spaces and to create the mezzanine. The exterior facade will consist of pre-finished metal wall panels with a pre-finished standing seam roof panels. All required site, framing, finishing, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and fire suppression systems shall be included under this contract. A pre-bid meeting will be held on the 17th day of March 2026 at 2:00 PM local standard time at the City of Audubon offices located at 315 Broadway Street in Audubon, Iowa. A site visit will follow. This solicitation has some or all Federal funding, additional requirements may apply. Clarifications requested by bidders must be in writing not less than 7 days before date set for receipt of bids.
