The Seattle Housing Authority (SHA) is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to assist SHA in providing case management services (including mental health case management) to residents residing in the Mixed-Operations Portfolio, with an emphasis on the 237 SHA-owned low-income scattered site buildings consisting of an estimated 615 units with 1,935 residents.
