Invitation For Bid Streetscape and Town Center Maintenance Services C-2026-0279

The Woodlands Township is requesting bids for 2027-2029 Streetscape and Town Center Maintenance Services. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, licensing, and supervision necessary to maintain Community, Village & Neighborhood Entries, Right of Way Mowing and Litter, Street Sweeping and the Town Center Streetscape & Waterway Maintenance at the standards and frequencies specified in the bid documents. The resulting Maintenance Service Contracts will include the services as outlined in the maintenance standards and specifications for a term of thirty-six (36) months beginning January 1, 2027, and ending December 31, 2029. Entry maps and an Excel version of Exhibit C - Bid Matrix will be distributed to all vendors that attend the pre-bid meeting. Updated Pre-bid meeting date is March 18, 2026.
