Work includes sitework, roof replacement, hvac replacement, storefront & doors. See outside link. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply. This project has a "prevailing wage" requirement. 01-SC Sitework Contract Budget 1,100,000; 02-GC General Construction Budget 75,000; 03-MC Mechanical Construction Budget 50,000; 04-RC Budget 190,000. Locations Coxsackie Middle/High School; Coxsackie Elementary School; E.J. Arthur (Athens) Elementary School. Bidders can visit the site during business hours, only by making an appointment with Mr. Scott Bennett, Director of Facilities, 518-857-1586.
