2026 HMA Residential Paving Program

Improvement includes furnishing labor, equipment, and materials for the removal of existing hot-mix asphalt (hma) pavement and surfacing materials by milling/scarifying to an average depth of 2" and 4", prepare subgrade/subbase, pave streets with 2" of hma pavement in one (1) lift or 4" of hma pavement with two (2) lifts, replace sections of portland cement concrete (pcc) curb and gutter, and replace existing sidewalk ramps with ada-compliant ramps. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply. Locations Olive Avenue from 19th Street to 17th Street. Columbia Street from Euclid Avenue to E Madison Avenue. SE 25th Street from Maury Street to Shaw Street. Shaw Street from SE 25th Street to dead end east. E 27th Street from E Douglas Avenue to E Madison Avenue. E Ovid Avenue from Oxford Street to Cambridge Street. E Ovid Street from Cambridge Street to Cornell Street. Taylor Street from Indianola Road to Holmes Street.
