Missouri Consolidated Health Care Plan (MCHCP) has released a Request for Proposals (RFP) for an Employee Assistance Program (EAP). MCHCP is working with Optavise, an online RFP system, in marketing this RFP. All proposals must be submitted through this online process. Questionnaires, pricing, and other documents are due April 14, 2026, 5 p.m. CT. All RFP documents are provided below.
