Description

Surface milling asphalt pavement and installing a new HMA pavement overlay. The base bid includes 11,660 SY of surface milling, 1,470 tons of HMA pavement, and associated shouldering. There are three supplemental bids to surface mill and install a new HMA pavement overlay with up to an additional 6,380 SY of surface milling, 803 tons of HMA pavement, and associated shouldering. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply.
