Articulate 360 Teams Plan is a cloud-based creator platform for workplace learning that DOR uses to create custom E-learning courses.MNIT/DOR has determined that this procurement is a single source purchase because Articulate Global is the sole developer of their products and services. Teams Plan provides access to exclusive content developed by MNIT/DOR in Teams Plan that cannot be migrated to another platform without recreating the content and redeveloping MNIT content export processes.
