Description

This project involves exterior site work at various building. Create an accessible path of travel from parking lots to main building entrances. The scope of work will include hard demo, rough grading, base rock, concrete paving, asphalt paving, and striping. The site has been indicated to have naturally occurring asbestos within the soil; subcontractors performing soil disturbing work shall be required to maintain and follow a naturally occurring asbestos soils work plan including the required OSHA awareness and respirator trainings. This solicitation has some or all Local funding, additional requirements may apply. The last day for RFIs is 3/11/26 @ 5PM. Project Site Cherry Hill Detox, Eden MH, Chapel, Cherry Hill Sobering.
